Working Groups
Working groups will be set up as necessary to assist the committee in preparation for the final Village Vision Action Plan.
Each group will work on a specific issue, set of issues or the needs of a specific group of people within the community as determined by the committee, and will be represented by a member of the committee.
Working groups will be responsible for producing action plans for completion of each of their set tasks, to be presented to the committee. These plans must include:
A clearly set out purpose explaining the issue being addressed- An outline of how information will be gathered and any consultation needed
- What action is proposed to tackle the issue
- Why the action is needed
- Who will be responsible for taking the action
- When the action will be started
- How the action will be implemented
- What the estimated costs will be
- Proposals for achieving funding
- Proposed completion date
