Health Visitors are nurses who have had additional training in public health, child development and health promotion.
They work with families and children and in communities to promote health. They are able to offer advice on health and development and many other health related issues and can organise health and development assessments at home or at the surgery.
If you have recently registered at the surgery and have children under the age of 5, please contact the health visitors.
