From 6 January 2025 to 17 February 2025 the Borough council conducted a formal ‘Call for Sites’ consultation to inform its Local Plan process. They asked for details of sites for a variety of uses including housing and employment. Submissions involving brownfield land were particularly encouraged. 79 new sites were promoted. A number of sites were also repromoted, some with different boundaries.
