Oakley Village Design Statement

The Oakley Village Design Statement sets out a clear picture of the character of the village and helps the Parish Council to assess and make decisions on planning design and development in order to respect local identity.

Although called the Oakley Village Design Statement it includes the communities of Malshanger and Deane as well as the area known as Oakley.
