Health and Safety Policy

Oakley & Deane Parish Council recognises and accepts responsibility as an employer to take all reasonable practical steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare of its employees. The Council also recognises its duty under The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 section 3, which extends its responsibility to conducting its activities in a way to ensure so far as is reasonably practical that members of the public are not exposed to risks to their health and safety.
