Halloween – trick or treat?

Halloween is a fun evening for many families – and big kids too – but it’s also important to remember that not everyone wants to take part.
Oakley Neighbourhood Watch have put together a useful poster. You can fold and display the side that suits you

- “No trick or treat” if you’d rather not be disturbed.
- A welcoming side (or a lit pumpkin) if you’re happy for visitors to call.

🎃 To keep it fun for everyone, visit homes with a lit pumpkin or the welcoming poster – that way you’ll know you’re welcome.
By respecting each other’s choices, we can make Halloween safe, fun, and enjoyable for all.
