Oakley Woodlands Group

Oakley Woodlands Group is an active conservation group working to maintain Cowdown and St John’s copses as community woodlands. It was formed in 1997 under the guidance of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. 

The group offers a number of products for sale including: pea sticks, bean poles, charcoal, firewood (until May 2022 due to new legislation), and occasionally items made by group members.
